Analyze EVV compliance data across partner agencies. Identify fraud patterns and build detection models that protect patients and agency integrity.
Support agency partners in EVV implementation and compliance optimization. Serve as the bridge between technology and healthcare compliance requirements.
Oversee health information systems and ensure data integrity across all AnchorPoint platform deployments. RHIA or equivalent certification preferred.
Build and maintain the AnchorPoint platform using React, Node.js, and AWS services. Own features end-to-end from database to UI.
Lead development of the caregiver mobile app with NFC and biometric features. Experience with Expo, React Native, and native device APIs required.
Design and maintain the AWS infrastructure powering AnchorPoint Logics including Lambda, DynamoDB, Rekognition, and Cognito. AWS certification preferred.
Work on the physical NFC anchor hardware that forms the foundation of AnchorPoint's fraud prevention system. Embedded systems and NFC protocol experience required.
Ensure HIPAA compliance and platform security across all AnchorPoint systems. Conduct security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
Support caregiver onboarding and training at partner agencies. Serve as the clinical voice in platform development. Clinical background required.
Monitor MassHealth and CMS regulatory developments and advise on platform compliance requirements. Experience in Medicaid policy or state health programs required.
Lead compliance strategy for agency partners. Deep knowledge of HHSC, Medicaid billing requirements, and home health regulatory frameworks required.
Support research publications and contribute to the growing AnchorPoint Logics research pipeline. Advanced degree in biotechnology, health informatics, or related field preferred.
Assist with data analysis, compliance reporting, and research paper preparation. Support the clinical data team in EVV analytics and fraud detection research.
Contribute to platform development under senior engineer guidance. Work on real features used by agencies and caregivers. Proficiency in JavaScript or Python required.
Research Medicaid EVV policy developments across states and support the compliance team in regulatory monitoring and documentation.
Support peer-reviewed publication pipeline and research documentation. Contribute to AnchorPoint Logics' growing research profile in healthcare technology.
Support agency outreach, demo preparation, and partnership development. Help bring AnchorPoint to home health agencies across Massachusetts and beyond.
